My sister, Robin, sent Katie a recipe for bread made with goat cheese, scallions, and thyme. Katie substituted with what she had on hand (feta, red onion, and rosemary) and came up with a culinary creation quite remarkable. (Now that we've tried it, we might try the original, as well!)

Robin shared with me her recipe for bread that requires no kneading. It's very similar to my own recipe, except larger. The beauty of this bread is that one can mix it up and leave it in the fridge for days on end, and still have fresh, homemade artisan bread on demand with little to no work.
