We received a postcard in THE MAIL, addressed to us. It says, "We have a package for you in the local distribution center but cannot deliver it because we DON'T HAVE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS."
The person we spoke to at customer service assured us, "I know it sounds dumb, but there's a whole process involved."
